Is passionate about scientific research but Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Giang lecture was a reputed teacher in teaching in the Universities in the country such as the Natural sciences University, Hanoi National University, HoChiMinh National University and  Binh Duong University ... In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Giang also is scientific collaborator of many international scientific organizations in Russia, Poland, France, Japan, Germany, Thailand, Taiwan, Italy ... for the University of Sciences and Technology USTAGH Cracow, as well as the Polish Academy of Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Giang have special relationship with Polish Scientists and many valuable contributions to the development of geophysics and applications as well as Geotourism in collaboration with the Polish scientists perform scientific research.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Giang (coauthor) have been awarded prizes, Ho Chi Minh on Science and Technology in 2005. Appreciate the dedication of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Giang  Instructors in the field of Earth sciences especially for contributions and collaboration on scientific research between scientists from Poland and Vietnam in the past ten years, the Board (Senat), University of Sciences and Technology USTAGH CraCow decided to awarded the Assoc. Prof. Dr. noble title Doctor Honoris Causa. He was the first Vietnam Teaching was awarded the title of honorary doctor of the UST AGH, Cracow.
